According to the telegram channel SHOT, videos in which former compatriots share with subscribers the news that they are returning to their homeland or that they have said goodbye to America are becoming popular on the Internet. Such videos have become a new trend among Russian emigrants in the United States.
Resettled people note that among the main factors influencing the decision to return are the high cost of medical services, unreasonably expensive living, and a longing to be with loved ones, leading to emotional exhaustion and depression. The returnees are mainly families with children born in the US and with US citizenship. In the future, these children will be able to go to America without any problems, receive medical care and education there.
