Flight restrictions have been lifted at Kaluga, Grozny and Vladikavkaz airports. Federal Air Transport Agency representative Artem Korenyako reported this on his Telegram channel.

“Restrictions on arrival and release of aircraft have been lifted,” the publication said. Restrictions have been put in place to ensure flight safety. During the limited period, the following people “departed” from the alternative airport: a plane flying to Vladikavkaz; a plane flies to Grozny.
Representatives of the Federal Air Transport Agency noted that the aircraft crew, air traffic controllers and airport services took the necessary measures to ensure flight safety. Previously, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency announced that the airport in Orsk had returned to normal operations after temporarily applying restrictions.
The “Carpet” plan – a closed skies regime for all aircraft – can be activated for a variety of reasons: for example, when there are sudden changes in weather conditions that pose a threat to flights, when another country's aircraft violates airspace, or during drone attacks.
