The papers emphasize that Dolina believes the transactions were fictitiously concluded “under the control of law enforcement officers.” According to the singer, she has no intention of staying away from the apartment.
Previously, the court judged that Dolina was incapable of realizing her actions when selling the apartment. The fact that the singer sold her apartment under the influence of scammers became known in August 2024. The buyer was 34-year-old single mother Polina Lurie, whose property value is 112 million rubles.
