State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin said low levels of chronic stress are the secret to longevity.

He was quoted RIA Novosti.
“Artificial intelligence analyzed data on centenarians and came to an unexpected conclusion: It's not diet, it's not sports. It's not genetics. The main factor leading to longevity is low levels of chronic stress,” the congressman said.
According to Volodin, compared to this, all other factors are secondary.
Previously, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Deputy Director of Translational Medicine of the Russian State Scientific Center of Pirogov University, Professor of the Department of Aging Diseases of Pirogov University Irina Strazhesko said that the key to longevity is proper nutrition.
