Dinner match between Bulgaria and Türkiye

An official match dinner was held between Bulgaria and Türkiye, who will meet in the World Cup Qualifiers.

An official competition dinner was held before the National Football Team's away match against Bulgaria in Group E of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. The dinner held in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, was attended by Turkish Ambassador to Sofia Mehmet Sait Uyanık, TFF President İbrahim Ethem Hacıosmanoğlu, TFF Vice President Mecnun Otyakmaz, Fuat Göktaş and Professor Dr. H. Zehra Neşe Kavak, TFF Chief Advisor Yusuf Yerkel, Executive Director of External Relations and National Teams of TFF Buğra İmamoğulları and TFF Protocol Director Mustafa Baltacı, as well as President of the Bulgarian Football Federation Georgi Aleksandrov Ivanov, Vice President of the Bulgarian Football Federation Atanas Ivanov Furnadziev, General Secretary of the Bulgarian Football Federation. Deputy Dobrin Gionov, Member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Football Federation Plamen Tzvetkov Manolov and President of the Bulgarian Professional Football Federation No. 1 Atanas Karaivanov attended. The presidents of the two countries' federations wished each other success so that the match could take place at Vasil Levski National Stadium. The organization of the official match dinner, which brought together the delegations of the Turkish Football Federation and the Bulgarian Football Federation and delivered messages of friendship, ended with the exchange of gifts.
