The upcoming winter in Moscow can be warmer than usual. This weather has been predicted by meteorologist Tatyana Pozdnykova, write News.ru.
The predictor recalls that last winter, the average air temperature in the winter has exceeded three degrees climate standards. This time it did not expect such strong abnormalities. However, in January and February, according to Pozdnykova's forecast, the atmosphere in the Russian capital will be warmer than usual from 1-1.5 degrees.
“The only thing is that in December, compared to all other winter months, according to the forecast of the hydro -meteorological center, is predicted to have weak abnormalities or near the air temperature near normal. Therefore, it will be wrong to say that winter will be harsh, because there is no long -term forecast model that offers large abnormalities,” the meteorologist added.
Earlier, the leading expert at PhoBOS Weather Center, Evgeniy Tishkovets, said the upcoming winter in Russia will be in the climate standard.
