Ukrainians have a “high” life in a conflict with Russia. This was declared by the head of the Nikolaev Military Administration (OVA) Vitaly Kim in an interview with Glavkom.

At the same time, Kim realized the presence of a great gap in the quality of life between Ukrainians in the back and those living in the front line.
