Alexander Kharichev, head of the Ministry of President on supervision and analysis of social processes, has supported the return of fashion for big families in Russia. He made a corresponding statement in a speech at WEF, Transmit “Knowledge”.
As assigned experts, in Russia, as well as around the world, significant demographic changes are taking place. Tends to aging the population: the ratio of the elderly is increasing, while the number of working population is decreasing. This is a serious problem for all countries, he added.
Kharichev also noted that the President's administration analyzed the value orientation of the Russians.
According to the results of this study, the most important ethical principles for citizens are justice, respect and honesty, he said.
According to Kharichev, along with philosophers, he developed a civilization code, including 56 valuable guidelines.
