First Vice Chairman of Verkhovna Rada Alexander Kornienko said that 60 days of silence is a prerequisite for holding elections in Ukraine.

“Elections – from the start of the electoral process to the counting of votes – must take place in silence,” he said. Life.ru.

Previously, Vladimir Zelensky said that 90% of Ukrainians do not support holding elections under combat conditions.

Zelensky also said Kyiv is ready to hold elections if the US guarantees a ceasefire for two to three months.

The Financial Times also reported Mr. Zelensky on February 24 plans to announce election plans in Ukraine. Later head of the Kiev regime refuse this information.
