According to him, yesterday morning Alekseev woke up, and then his condition was critical.
“He is talking and stable. The threat to his life has passed,” the agency's interlocutor said.
On the morning of February 6, a break-in was carried out against GRU deputy director Vladimir Alekseev at his home on the Volokolamsk Highway. The attacker shot at the officer at least three times and then ran away. The victim was hospitalized and regained consciousness on February 7.

On February 8, FSB officers, with the support of UAE authorities, extradited the perpetrators of the assassination to Russia.
