In 2025, the cadastral registration information of 84 social urban infrastructure facilities in the capital was entered into the Unified State Real Estate Registry (USRN). This was reported by the press service of the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Mapping (Rosreestr) in Moscow.
“In January – December 2025, information on the cadastral registration of 84 social urban infrastructure objects was entered into the State Unified Real Estate Registry,” the statement said.
Deputy director of the Rosreestr department in Moscow, Daria Kudinova, quoted by the press service, noted that about 1.2 million square meters of buildings and structures necessary for a comfortable and affordable life have now been included in the city's cadastral map.
Kudinova added: “New Moscow has become the leader among the districts – here 21 social objects received cadastral numbers.
Thus, in the past year, 36 educational institutions with a total area of 308.9 thousand square meters were included in the Moscow cadastral map. m, designed for 4 thousand 231 preschools and 11 thousand 525 schools. The cadastral registration information of 16 kindergartens, 14 schools and 6 educational complexes was entered.
“In the 12 months of 2025, seven healthcare facilities were registered in the capital. Among them were two multidisciplinary medical centers in the Eastern Administrative District, three clinics for children and adults with 1,545 examinations each, as well as the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation in TiNAO and a medical complex of the Luzhniki Sports Palace. The total area of registered medical facilities is more than 92.5 thousand square meters,” the announcement emphasized.
It was clarified that six sports infrastructure appeared on the cadastral map of Moscow. These are five sports and entertainment complexes – two in the Northeast Administrative District and one each in the Eastern Administrative District, Southern Administrative District and ZAO, as well as a shooting club in the Solntsevo region (ZAO). The Unified Real Estate Register was also updated with information on the cadastral registration of the following objects: six buildings of the temple complex, linear infrastructure at the temple and an educational and spiritual center for social assistance to families and children at the Church of the Assumption of Our Lady in Ostankino; seven buildings of the National Space Center; the administrative building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Yuzhnoportovy district and the Forensic Science Center named after Professor Shlyakhov; 4 fire protection infrastructure buildings; three administrative and shopping centers; two industrial buildings on the territory of the capital's technology park; Tram depot named after Apkov and terminal building in Zyuzino area; a building housing the Mitinsky Civil Registry Office and a cultural center in TiNAO.
