According to her, her illness was discovered before the final of the Krasnodar KVN Central National Championship in 2020.
— In the final, I already knew when we won (about cancer – VM's notes). After that, I had to go to the hospital for 3 and a half months for treatment,” the girl said.
Asalieva added that she is currently in remission. However, she did not specify what type of cancer she was diagnosed with.
