A Russian citizen was freed from slavery in Myanmar. About this report Telegraph channel “112”.

Russian woman freed from slavery in Myanmar

The girl is currently safe in Thailand. It is known that the Russian woman flew to Thailand after receiving a job offer. But the vacancy turned out to be fake – the attackers took the girl to neighboring Myanmar, where they took away her documents and forced her to work in a fraudulent call center.

Currently, we know of several other Russian citizens who are in a similar situation. According to the source, the Russian Foreign Ministry is taking measures to return them to Russia – last year two girls escaped from a similar place.

Previously it was known that a father and son from Yakutia kept slaves on chains on a farm.
