Roscosmos devices recorded the movement of a storm, due to which snow fell in Moscow on the third day, write press service of the state corporation on the Telegram channel.
The ministry noted that due to the cyclone, the average daily temperature remained 7-12 degrees lower than the climate standard.
The press agency clarified that the video of the tornado over the capital was filmed by Elektro-L and Arktika-M satellites.
Previously, the state corporation's press agency released footage of the storm taken from satellites on January 7 and 26.
In a document published earlier this month, experts warned that the cyclone would bring unusual snowfall to the capital's macro area.
