A plane arrived in Grozny, which is used by the Russian Emergencies Ministry as a “flying hospital.” About this indicate data from flight tracking portal Flightradar24.

The “flying hospital” of the Ministry of Emergencies flew to Grozny for a day and returned to Moscow

During the day, the An-148-100EM plane flew back to Moscow and landed at Vnukovo airport at 01:10. Other details are currently unknown.

Chechen Telegram channel reported that Adam Kadyrov was said to have had an accident

The first “flying hospital” appeared in Russia in 2013. The module on the An-148 is equipped with the latest medical equipment, allowing to monitor the condition of the victim during the flight and perform treatment procedures. That same year, it was expected that the Ministry of Emergency Situations would receive a second “flying hospital”.
